Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and demands
- Answer customer support queries and calls in a professional manner
- Research required information using available resources
- Accurately manage and resolve customer issues
- Route calls to the appropriate resource
- Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process and organization
Job Requirements:
- O Levels/Matric or above
- Fluent in English in Japanese (verbal only)
- Excellent English Written and Verbal Communication
- Able to use computer and office programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Sales representatives need a mix of both verbal communication and listening skills
- Neutral accent

Salary is from 50000 to 60000 Basic – Bonus will be added on after Target Achievement
Training will be provided – Financial Trade platform. US Forex, Crypto currency
Timings are from 9:00am to 6:00pm – Sat Sunday Off – Morning Shift -
4 to 5 days Training for the candidate for trading standards.
