Timings are from 9AM to 6PM – SAT- SUN OFF

Role and Responsibilities:

Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and demands in the Japanese language
Answer customer support tickets and calls in a professional manner
Research required information using available resources
Accurately manage and resolve customer issues
Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process and organization
Awareness of relevant service levels.
Providing Japanese language support to our clients and customers
Translating communications between Japanese
Interpreting in meetings and calls as required
Developing and maintaining relationships with Japanese clients and partners
Assisting with Japanese language-related projects as needed

Eligibility:

Fluent in Japanese (verbal only)
Adhere of customer support culture
Open to native and non-native speakers
Ability to explain complex information
Exceptional customer support skills
Self-motivated
Excellent interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Aptitude for learning, understanding and conveying services to members

Salary is from 100000 to 115000 Basic – Bonus will be added on after Target Achievement
Training will be provided – Financial Trade platform. US Forex , Cryptocurrency
Timings are from 8:30 to 6:00 – Sat Sunday Off – Morning Shift -
3 to 5 days of Training are provided as per standardization of the company culture and processes.
