ASSISTANT COMMUNITY MANAGER
Job Responsibilities
● Management of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube)
● Planning and executing creative content to be published in accordance with the upcoming campaigns
● Responsible for devising weekly, monthly and annual reports
● Developing and maintaining weekly marketing and social media reports
● Responsible for drafting Emails, briefs and contracts
● Responsible for devising content toolkits and (Local and Global)
● Liaison between the brand and different agencies
● Management of E-Commerce Platforms (Mistore.pk and Daraz.pk) and updating them in accordance with upcoming Campaign graphics
● Develop, edit, and proofread all content on regular bases for building digital platforms based set protocols / guidelines provided
● Responsible for Page Community (Facebook, Website, Daraz etc.)
● Responsible for preparing proposal, campaign, collaboration, launch Presentations
● Management of Bloggers, KOLs, Tech Bloggers and Mi Fans
● Management of Mi Fan Community (Facebook Pages, Facebook Groups and WhatsApp Groups)
● Updating tracking sheets in accordance with the workflow (Global and Local)
● Keeping track of Global and Local Campaigns
● Content writing for PR, Blogs, Website, Scripts, etc.
● Researching completive brands to make an in-depth analysis of their ongoing campaigns
Requirements
● Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
● Experience in community management and internet research.
● Experience with social networks and implementation of social media marketing.
● Expert in Making Powerpoint Presentations.
