Senior UI/UX Designer

SmashCloud is a technology consulting firm that works with platform and software businesses globally to help them build, extend and optimise their software. We work in a wide variety of industries and develop software for B2B and B2C use cases.

SmashCloud is looking for a senior graphic designer (UX/UI) lead to join its fast-growing team. The role involves leading a team of designers and working closely with other parts of the organization to deliver design outputs across projects. The role offers autonomy and opportunities to work across multiple industries and use cases.

Candidates with the following are encouraged to apply:

1. Have a strong understanding of User Experience and design principles - with a track record of delivering design projects end to end.

2. Have a strong understanding of design management including; knowledge of design systems, managing standardized conventions and creating design guides.

3. Strong English communication skills with the ability to gather requirements from and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders

4. Have an understanding of usability and information architecture principles, research methods and UX mapping methods.

5. At least 2 years of professional experience
