As part of its production unit, Smile Health Care (PVT) Limited (SPPL) is looking for Machine Operator - Cream / Ointment for skin care/cosmetics division in Hattar Industrial State.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Machine Operator will be responsible for performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
Operator will also be responsible for inspecting cartons to specifications and making adjustments / troubleshooting, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications.
Ensure tasks are executed in the most effective manner in regard to time, cost and function
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed Packaging and Converting environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment
Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials
Housekeeping and sanitation.
Strive for ongoing self-improvement through additional training
Be a team player and contributor in shop.
Show mutual respect for coworkers..
