You will work closely with our clients, project managers, and development team to ensure the successful execution of design projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in UI/UX design, in addition, they should have a deep understanding of industry best practices and trends.

Responsibilities:

• As a UI/UX designer, your role involves conducting user research to understand the target audience, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to gather project requirements, and analyzing user data and market trends. You then design intuitive user interfaces, create wireframes and prototypes, and ensure consistency across platforms.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you provide design guidance, stay updated on industry trends, and establish design guidelines.
• You attend client meetings, present design concepts, and act as a design consultant, offering recommendations aligned with their business goals.
• Managing client relationships, adhering to ethical design practices, and following project management processes are also important aspects of your role.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a track record of successful projects.
2. Expert knowledge: In-depth knowledge of UI/UX design principles, techniques, and tools.
3. Strong visual and interaction design skills: Ability to create visually appealing and interactive designs that enhance the overall user experience. Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
4. Collaboration and communication: Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas, rationale, and concepts to cross-functional teams. Strong presentation skills to articulate and defend design decisions.
5. Problem-solving mindset: A creative and analytical thinker who can solve complex design problems and propose innovative solutions while considering technical feasibility and business objectives.
6. Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs. A keen eye for typography, color, and visual composition.

10. Visual design skills: Strong aesthetic sense and visual design skills, including typography, color theory, iconography, and layout composition. Ability to create visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines and evoke desired emotional responses.
11. Technical understanding: A solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design implementation. Familiarity with web and mobile development frameworks to effectively collaborate with developers.
12. Adaptability and resilience: Strong adaptability to changing project requirements, priorities, and timelines. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
13. Certifications in Design or related field: Certifications in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field or additional relevant courses in UI/UX design are a plus.
