• We are looking for a Google Analytics & Tag Manager expert who can lead the setup, optimization, and communication of analytics-based properties such as Google Analytics and related conversion-tracking systems such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. 
  • In addition, experience using call-tracking systems such as CallRail is ideal.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in analytics as well as paid digital media. 
  • It is essential to communicate findings and anomalies in a clear and concise manner as it pertains to digital analytics.
  • Those who can adapt quickly to new technologies or platforms will be strongly considered.
  • You will work directly under the Head of Paid Marketing.
  • You will report to the strategic lead but are expected to lead the start to finish implementation of analytic properties.

Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of how a Tag Management System works.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, breaking down complex issues to find the root cause.
  • Keen attention to detail and willing to pay attention to the "small things."
  • Confident in your ability to explain complex, technical subjects to non-technical folks.
  • Confident in your ability to read, write, and troubleshoot JavaScript code.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Have a great desire to learn new things and are quick at applying newly learned skills.
  • Willing to lean on teammates when needed and support teammates when they need your expertise.
  • Proven knowledge of Javascript and an understanding of popular libraries and frameworks.
  • Advanced knowledge in Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
  • Experience working in Tag Management Systems (TMS) such as Tealium iQ, Adobe Launch, or Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Skills 

  • Experience with bid optimization platforms as well as data/analytical tools and digital ad tracking techniques & strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects through effective levels of organization and delegation to meet tight deadlines
  • Understanding of how paid, owned and earned media intersect and the ability to identify how/when to engage each discipline to enhance all communication plan efforts as needed
  • Overall paid search management experience a plus
  • Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills. Pivot Tables, Vlookups, and other advanced techniques a plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 1-5 years' experience working in an advertising agency (or related experience); or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
