Master’s degree in Information Systems, Operations Management, Information Technology or equivalent; (Minimum 16th years)
Minimum experience 10 years in public and/or private sector with provincial/national/ international organization(s) demonstrating evidence of monitoring and evaluation; Candidates having experience of MIS systems implementation will be preferred. Should have developed and implemented MIS strategies and framework for social sector programs; A thorough practical knowledge of Project Management and project lifecycle approach/concepts; Should have excellent command on MS office and working knowledge of project scheduling and management software e.g. MIS Project, Primavera etc.; Strong familiarity with the provincial context, including different tiers of government and donor agencies operating in the area of Social Protection; Written and oral fluency in Urdu and English. Knowledge of a regional language (Sindhi) will be considered a big plus; Proven ability to work in a collaborative, multi-tier team environment; and Good communication, people management, and writing skills.
