Product Manager

JOB PURPOSE: The candidate will be expected to proactively facilitate, coordinate and manage various products and projects for Sofizar Constellation CK. She/he will be responsible for conceiving, designing and nurturing the products through the entire life cycle of the product. She/he will be expected to lead a team of professionals who have diverse specialties and will lead the project from the start to the finish line. She/he will be assigned to new products as soon as their existing assignment comes to an end. She/he will get a chance to work on multiple new and challenging ideas and see them grow from scratch.

JOB RESULTS:

1. Plan and execute product life cycles

2. Actively brainstorm and create hurricanes of ideas.

3. Cultivate a culture of openness where your team generates implementable ideas.

4. Form teams on the fly for new products as they emerge.

5. Engage with all the departments at Sofizar to make sure that the requirements for the products are clearly understood.

6. Design and set up pilot programs to verify new ideas.
