We are looking for a Legal Help Desk Manager

Knowledge and understanding of best practices for service management
An ability to think critically about systems and to make adjustments consistently as needed
Effectively managing the service desk
Good interpersonal skills
High Tolerance Level
Excellent English Language communication skills
Preferably 7.5 IELTS band and Law Graduate
Mandatory Good command on MS Office
