Soft Pvt Ltd is a technology-based platform in the logistics industry.

Currently we are operating in the UK, and are going to launch our project in Pakistan.
We are looking for a Transporter Marketing Manager who will plan and manage all our operations across the country.
Transporters on board Marketing Manager Responsibilities include developing plans to meet our targets along with establishing our brand.
If you’re a skilled Marketing strategist, able to inspire your team members, have abilities to manage direct sales & marketing team then we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities

Draft policies and procedures for transporters marketing department.
Plan for transporters marketing team to visit transporters location to take them on board for providing transportation services.
Develop strategies for transporters marketing team to achieve daily targets.
Ability to train marketing team.
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the transporters Marketing department.
Set, monitor and report on team goals.
Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent in all promotional material.
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
Craft quarterly and annual targets.
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness amongst target market.
Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.

Requirements

At least 5-years work experience as Manager of Marketing and Sales preferably in the logistics industry.
Experience of running successful direct sales & marketing campaigns.
Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
Analytical mind, self-motivated and highly responsible behaviour.
