We are seeking to hire an SQA Officer with experience and expertise in Manual & Automation Testing.

He will be responsible for testing software to ensure that developed products meet design specifications and are within total quality management limits and standards.

The successful hire will be located and work out of the SOFT Pvt Ltd Lahore office, working as part of the resource-center team, an extension of the onshore R&D Department.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver high-quality testing manual and automation.
Create flexible test plans with highly visible results.
Constantly fine tune testing processes and best practices.
Research, prototype, and implement creative ways to validate our software solutions.
Can Manually Test Multiple Websites & Mobile ApplicationsDevelop test strategy and test plans
Develop, document, and maintain test suites as well as test cases
Ensure full test coverage and feature traceability
Create and execute automated tests using product APIs and scripting
Execute manual tests and identify software problems
Create bug reports and verify bug fixes
Document test results and create product quality metrics reports
Recommend improvements to enhance customer experience
Work closely with the support team and our customers to collect customer feedback and address reported quality problems
