Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

We are looking for a passionate technologist to design, develop and implement software solutions for the company.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of PHP including Laravel framework, .Net, Python
Experience in designing and architecting solutions, including building architecture diagrams
Database one or more among MySQL, MongoDB, SQL server etc.
Exposure to client-side development frameworks such as HTML5, JavaScript, Ajax, JSON and Jquery/Angular/React/Vue
Production deployment of applications
Cloud experience: Azure or AWS
User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, client and server
SCM tools such as Subversion, GitLab, TFS etc.
Experience with OOPs, SDLC, pattern and practices in multi-tenant system
Understanding of MVC design patterns
Strong troubleshooting skills; applicant must be able to determine the causes of complex problems
Experience in leading a team. A team player who can lift the performance of his/her team members
Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to work on multiple projects focused on delivery
Optional - Knowledge of Docker
Our ideal candidate should be familiar with the software development life cycle (SDLC) from preliminary system analysis to tests and deployment.
Ultimately, the role is to build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software that maps to client requirement and complies with coding standards

Roles and Responsibilities:

Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
Technical leader of a team
Execute client POCs and prototypes in a short period of time
Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions
Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
Document and maintain software functionality
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
Deploy programs to production
Comply with project plans and industry standards
Ensure software is updated with latest features
Work closely with the product managers, infrastructure and client teams to help deliver innovative world-class solutions

Experience:

8-10 years technology experience with PHP, Python, .Net
3+ years experience as an Architect building and deploying distributed applications
Experience with Agile – requirements and build process including tools
