The candidate must have 2-3 year of proven experience in the field, he should properly aware of keyword search tools like Searchman, App Annie, sensor tower, google keyword planer. He should aware of mobile game ads platforms, like Admob, Chartboost, Vungle, and Unity. Moreover he also able to allow promote mobile app with intelligent cost effective campaigns.
