Currently, we are looking for "IT Technical Recruiter". The ideal candidate must be responsible for:

Job Description:

Communicate with the hiring manager about the future job opening and gather requirements for those jobs
Create job descriptions and post them on all the relevant media platforms
Strategizing different ways to build a talent pipeline
Pre-Screen potential candidates on the basis of their qualification, technical skills, cultural fit and job requirements
Arrange telephone and in-person interviews
Interview candidates and take part in decision making on the basis of the candidate’s technical assessments.
Strategize new ways or techniques in assessing the technical candidates
Keep track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed about the application process
Keeping the HR data maintained and updated from time to time in HRM Software.

Requirements:

Bachelors in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology related field
Must have an experience of 4 years in technical recruitment
Should have a good understanding of technology and technical skills
They must be familiar with the recruitment process and platforms
Good interpersonal communication and decision making skills
