Objective - To maintain & manage the SPS Accounting Functions including the Business Management System (BMS) for Revenue and Profitability Reporting:

  • Preparing and sending Purchase Orders as directed.
  • Preparing and sending  Monthly and ad hoc Invoices as directed.
  • Updating the Invoicing and the PO logs
  • Maintianing Books of Accounts in the SAGE 50 Accounting system.
  • All tasks associated with Monthly Books Closing.
  • FBR Sales Tax Returns and Monthly WHT Statements.
  • Coordinating with the Accounting Manager on the above mentioned tasks and as well as the other Accounting tasks and duties assigned to him.
  • Other tasks as requested.
  • NOTE: Employee will be required to respond to any email/query from the managers within 5 minutes of the email during working hours.

TimeLive & Business Management System:

  • Monitor the SPS time entry system called Timelive every day to ensure all employees are entering their time on a daily basis
  • Make sure the hours being entered in Timleive are valid (have a valid job code) and correct
  • Make sure all hours are submitted and approved on a weekly basis
  • Resolve any discrepancies
  • Make sure all Projects are entered correctly and completely in the SPS Business Management System (BMS)
  • Ensure all job codes are showing in BMS
  • Make sure all consultant levels are correct and entered in BMS
  • Make sure Forecasted Hours are entered for the weeks ahead (month, quarter?)
  • Review Forecasted hours to ensure that they are indeed available for billing purposes
  • Report any discrepancies and resolve with Manager/Supervisor as needed
  • Check to ensure that billable hours and forecasted hours match
  • Point out discrepancies
  • Resolve with responsible Manager and escalate if necessary
  • Monitor each Consultants ROI on a weekly basis
  • Report if ROI is low on consultants and escalate as directed
  • Track Revenue and Margin on BMS and ensure all entries are valid by Friday 4:00pm
  • Ensure that SPS is maximizing revenue and margin with zero loss of resource time.
  • Make sure that every project is profitable (use services monthly plan)
  • Every hour of an employee’s time is best utilized, regardless of whether it is billable or not. (use ROI index in consultant utilization)
  • Ensure that all managers and employees are held accountable for their productivity and profitability
  • Make sure that any losses are pre-empted. No business unit be allowed to show a loss and continue with business as usual.
  • Consistently evaluate SPS performance benchmarks and recommend modification (sales performance versus payment)
  • Responsible for supervising the support staff and overall office operational tasks during the US hours.

Must Required:

  1. Competency in MS Office specially in Outlook, Excel
  2. Sound in written and verbal English Language 
  3. Accuracy and attention to detail
  4. Punctual and Responsible
