Technical Manager

We requires SOLAR PV TECHNICAL MANAGER for our Lahore office. Candidate will be the Lead engineer on Solar projects and provide technical advice to the clients and sale team.Can handle the technical team, proactively involved throughout the sales process from designing the desired solution to installation and system turn on to after sales support.

Skills :

Principal Account-abilities:

• Meet clients(Govt,Private Sector), along with sales team, and visit projects sites to understand support scope of work and requirements.

• Design solutions to achieve the desired objectives and, if required, present the solution to client and answer and question raised by clients or their engineering teams.

• Oversee project installation as per agreed specifications.

• After sale support & provide technical support to clients after project installation to ensure system delivery as promised.

• Lead on-boarding and training for engineering team; monitor junior team members and provide technical leadership to develop their capability
