Solutions to Enhance Professinoal Skills (StEPS), Is an internationally experienced University Admissions & Guidance Counselling services provider. We also provide bespoke soft skills trainings, career guidance, mentoring, coaching and job placement support.

Branch Managers (04 Full Time positions for Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Peshawar)

Branch Manager is a Key position with-in StEPS to support and lead in development and implementation of marketing and recruitment strategies in order to acheive our objectives.You will be required to manage the day to day operations of the branch office and lead the team to ensure key Business targets are met. Including quality and service standards as well as enquirer conversion levels and other Key Performance Indicators.

Essential Requirements:

Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to advise and guide others
Excellent English language communication skills, particularly report writing, presenting in public, and the ability to convey complex issues concisely and clearly with attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to organise and run high quality events
Knowledge of UK, Australian and USA education and admissions processes
Well versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Social Media marketing tools
Good general numeracy and financial literacy and ability to manage project budgets
A pro active and enthusiastic team player
