WE ARE LOOKING FOR DEDICATED PERSONAL TO LEAD AND MANAGE E-COMMERCE PLATFORM. Responsibilities Include:

Partner with all departments to develop & enhance the online platform to rank on Google, convert sales, and create a seamless online shopping experience.

• Executes flawless site content updates across homepage, category pages, etc. that are timely and relevant to the customer and in support of sales goals.

• Pull, analyze and report on weekly product and collection sales from Shopify and provide actionable insights including merchandising opportunities, sell-throughs, sold out products, top & bottom performers, etc.

• Responsible for the set-up of products on Shopify including but not limited to uploads, descriptions, categorization, recommendations, reviews, and images based on product inventory. Also has in-depth knowledge on how to create Google ad words, FB ads, IG ads and convert the traffic to the Shopify sites.

• Manages the e-commerce product photography process from initial planning to final execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of images.

• Controls the set-up of pre-orders, price changes, markdowns/promotions, and discount codes.

• Produces weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for key product & sales performance KPIs.

• Collaborate and work closely with vendor agencies to increase e-commerce traffic, sales, improve conversion, improve profitability and optimize online advertising and marketing efficiencies.

• Create google ads, backing traffic, Facebook & IG ads, develop relationships with folks who can write blogs pertinent to the industries we sell in and most of all convert sales!

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising or related field

• 3-4 years experience in E-Commerce and Merchandising

• Shopify E-Commerce CMS (Content Management System) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics) / Google ad words certified

• Understanding of business driver components (e.g., sales reports, history, and company trends)

• Highly proficient in Excel

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
