Job Description

Build Strategies and content to drive massive organic engagement on all the digital media platforms including Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter etc
Responsible for the social monitoring, listening, and moderation activities for SooperChef social communities on multiple platforms.
Work closely with marketing/communications team, production team, director and other stakeholders to ensure daily community moderation efforts and everyday detailed reporting.

Responsibilities

Responsible for content creation, monitoring, and execution of strategy on the social networks. Identify emerging technologies and additional social media opportunities.
Comfortable in doing live shows/sessions/videos on Social Media
Maximize the integration of social media into existing business practices and enhance the brand on social media platforms while adhering to business standards.
Act as lead and manage daily community moderation efforts and listening/monitoring activities. Maximize use of community moderation and listening tools; train internal teams on key features. Monitor/listen to digital conversation.
Reporting on trends, react to current events, and adjust strategy as necessary.
Provide community analysis and complete data metrics and weekly reporting on various platforms. Provide insights to team weekly on improving content / “voice” based on community data.
Work in conjunction with digital team on digital analytics and reporting projects. Collaborate with Corporate Partnerships and Marketing Activation on digital sponsorship implementation and management.
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years demonstrated success moderating/managing communities for big brands.
Understanding/experience in social media management across a variety of platforms - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Experience reporting / providing insights around social analytics.
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities for Success:

Active social media user with active personal accounts and social presence.
Strong writing ability, particularly in the context of writing content/posts/updates on social networks and blogs.
Flexibility both with schedule and responsibilities; evenings and weekends required.
Ability to work well under strict deadlines and in a high volume environment while juggling multiple projects.
