The Primary roles and responsibilities of the captioned title holder are as follows.
· Administer the company’s current ERP solution (odoo)
· Carry out troubleshooting at code level in ERP
· Conduct code and function enhancement works in ERP
· Plan and propose single system development for all functionalities and business lines of Company
· Create and maintain system manuals – For both technical and usage
· Create training material plus carry out training sessions for best and effective usage of systems
· Acknowledge and ensure that source code of any existing software or newly developed by title holder or under his/her supervision is the proprietorship of company only.
· Carry out periodic (once a quarter) systems audits to ensure functionality and security
· Maintain and apply at application and server level security of systems
· Execute IT policy of the company on systems level
· Travel to regional offices if and when needed for systems application, troubleshooting and/or enhancements brainstorming with departmental heads.
