Introduction

In the framework of our expanding business, Soulco is looking for dynamic sales executives in Pakistan with strong communication skills and a passion for ICT.
Job Summary
You will be responsible for sales in medium to large enterprise across all industries such as multinational, local, Govt. etc. You will be selling ICT solutions comprising voice and data applications and components.
Tasks, duties and responsibilities
- Generate sales opportunity to achieve short and long term revenue and profit growth
- Execute direct sales programs
- Manage overall sales process for medium to large clients from pre to post sales
- Take active lead to engage internal resources in customer engagement and solution development
- Responsible for proposal development and delivery
- Engage customers at all levels to develop long term business relationship
Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proven experience of 2 to 5 years in voice and data solutions
- Experience in management of a customer portfolio and selling a range of different solutions
- Good understanding of Voice and Data systems, applications and solutions
- Strong background in IP related technologies
Personal Skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Structured analytical mindset
- Team player
- Self starter with passion for sales
- Ability to reason in terms of technical and/or services related solution contents
- Act independently and handles multiple tasks simultaneously
Professional Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors preferably with ICT background
- Well versed with MS Office and other internet tools
- Languages: Besides local language(s), must be fluent in English
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of B2B technical sales for voice and data solutions
