Role: Product Officer

Timings: 7pm-4am

Salary Structure: Basic(60,000+) plus uncapped commissions (20% on each sale in US dollars).

Summary:

At Sourceed, we know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. We’re seeking a qualified sales consultant to find and screen potential customers who can benefit from our products and services (SaaS). As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SCs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

In this role, you will be on the front lines of our sales process, responsible for setting quality meetings with businesses in order to build our sales pipeline.

In this role you will:

Hunt for new business opportunities to grow the sales pipeline.
Reach out to prospects daily (mostly over e-mail) in order to book quality meetings for our Account Executives.
Be responsible for contacting leaders in small and medium-sized businesses across many different verticals.
Identify key decision-makers and/or key influencers within an organization.
Clearly communicate the benefits of our product and how it can help potential customers.

Bonus:

You have experience as a BDR/SDR at a SaaS company.
You have experience in lead generation, prospecting, and outbound sales.
