We are building the leading global platform used by retailers to connect in-store employees to e-commerce for personalized online shopping experiences.

Our leadership and sales teams are based in London, UK and Toronto, Canada. Our tech and ops teams are based in Lahore, Pakistan.

The Opportunity for You:

As a Graphic Designer, you will be a part of our highly-skilled team in Lahore, and work directly under our Product Manager. We are an agile team and work in a collaborative environment where continuous learning opportunities and challenging work is constant.

This is a fast-growth opportunity. You will be supported and trained continuously but you must also already be highly competent and capable of adding value from day 1. You will take on increasingly challenging assignments and responsibilities in building and maintaining our Designing. The more you can be an asset, the more you will progress. There is no limit for a high calibre candidate.

Responsibilities:

Create visual concepts, by hand and then using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.
Cultivate a solid body of work
Take the design “brief” to record requirements and clients needs
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts
Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas

Technical Requirements:

You have at least 1 - 2 years of industry experience as a Graphic Designer
Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, originality, analytic skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
Highly proficient in all design aspects
Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines

Communication Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills in both technical and non-technical discussions in Urdu
Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills in English
We value people who communicate directly, simply, honestly and clearly
