The Location: Islamabad, Pakistan

The Team: The Screening & Platform Group is an integral part of the broader Financial Modeling team that partners with the Client Services, Relationship Management and Sales team by helping them with client requests related to a wide range of product offerings of S&P Capital IQ and S&P Capital IQ Pro which includes desktop platform, Dashboards and Screening tool.

The Impact: The Screening & Platform assists our clients seeking help in customizing their platform workflow and build screens based on a specific criteria. The associates will primarily be responsible for working on client requests pertaining to building the screens and platform customization. Apart from the primary workflow, we collaborate with various teams for ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to understand client specific requirements across all the data sets.
• Building screens and platform customization for the client workflow.
• Effective delivery of solutions using legacy S&P Capital IQ and S&P Capital IQ Pro /tools.
• Testing and suggesting enhancements to the S&P Capital IQ and S&P Capital IQ Pro platform.
• Ability to independently manage the interactions with various unified teams.
• Work as a team member to achieve the department targets for client satisfaction
• Ability to work on Ad-hoc projects related to products, testing and feedback
• Ability to multitask in terms of different initiatives and lead the work‐flow charge simultaneously 
• Be the primary point of contact for providing critical research and value-adding knowledge to our diverse client base at various financial institutions, corporations, government organizations and universities.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

• Equivalent of MBA in Finance.
• Proficient in research and analysis.
• Inclination towards customer-oriented approach.

Prequisites:

• Ready to work in rotational shifts.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of the fundamentals of business, financial statements.
• Should be a self-starter when it comes to identifying and taking on new projects which ensures upskilling on an ongoing basis.
• Fostering knowledge sharing and team building ideas beyond the conventional workflow process.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Any Professional experience in a client facing/ client support role in the Information Services Industry would be an add on.
• Hands on exposure working on any other business intelligence solution or tools.
• Basic or Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office tools would be an add on.
• Experience in ideation and implementation of Lean and Automation in the existing workflow is a plus.
• Exposure of leading any project during internship/ academics/ current job where the person has demonstrated self-ownership and stakeholder management.
