The Role: Buying Experience Content and Documentation Specialist

The Location: Islamabad, PK
Role Overview:
The Buying Experience Procedures / Communications Associate will contribute to the process of creating and maintaining commercial Order-to-Cash procedures and documentation, as well as Buying Experience recurring work product and communications.
The Team:
As part of the Buying Experience team, this role will enable and empower our commercial organization with the information they need to seamlessly process client orders and navigate order-to-cash workflow and teams.

The ability to gain exposure to commercial operations and work with front-line RMs and Sales Reps and cross-functional order-to-cash teams.
Responsibilities
Assist in design, creation and editing of content for Buying Experience initiatives, including the Buying Experience Hub page, commercial process newsletter and go-to-market plans for special projects and system enhancements.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of Order-to-Cash procedures and documentation for Market Intelligence commercial frontline teams.
Coordinate and facilitate discussions with Client Order Process Support, Order Management, Legal, Fulfillment and Client Financial Relations to drive forward coordinated, collaborative communications, procedures and adoption of best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
3-5 years of work experience, preferably in process management or journalism / communications.
Excels at written communication (English) and has experience in e-content design.
Strong attention to detail
Positive, proactive and results oriented.
