The Role: Data Analyst

Grade (relevant for internal applicants only): 7.1

The Location: Islamabad

The Team: FIG Bank Branch Data is spread across the global with team members in ISB as well as in AHM. Bank Branch covers the location as well as deposit related information for US and Global countries in English as well as in the local language. We are maintaining more than 70 million assets of Banking industry.
The Impact: We provide timely data with high quality with the help of our Data Researchers who perform the key tasks in data collection, maintenance, and processing. We cater the needs of our internal clients who rely on our team in terms of extracting, transferring, and loading of data for their research and as per the website. Our external clients include the likes of Bank of America, Chase Bank, etc. who use our data in making sound and efficient business analysis and decisions.

•   Responsibilities:
•   Perform straightforward, stand-alone tasks or transactions by use of detailed instructions and predefined procedures
•   Responsible for entering and editing data in work tools as per specified guidelines and checklist
•   Capture comprehensive information on the data tracked by the respective department
•   Review feedback involving their content to help correct errors and establish or refine procedures and processes to improve accuracy
•   Delivery of predefined individual and team targets with quality and excellence
•   To work within own team to understand, enhance or update processes and procedures by staying updated with knowledge of content sets.
•   Increase learning by accomplishing Learning Xchange modules as well as modules for policy compliance
•   Foster innovation by identifying enhancement initiatives that support our LEAN philosophy
What We’re Looking For:
•   Strong communication skills
•   Ready to work in any shift time
•   Bachelor's or Master degree with an inclination to work in non-financial content
•   1-3 years’ experience in research related role would be an added advantage
•   Knowhow of MS Excel, Word, Power Point
•   SQL knowledge would be a plus
•   Keen towards details with strong focus on data quality and accuracy
•   Able to collaborate across multiple cultures
•   Highly reliable with no issues on attendance and ready to work in night shifts as per business need
•   Good competitive attitude towards work
•   Fresh graduates can be considered
