The Role: Data Researcher

Location: Islamabad PK, Hyderabad IND, Ahmedabad

The Team: The Primary Research team is responsible for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the integrity of our data is accurate and up to date. We value integrity, excellence and relevance through our efforts to collect essential intelligence to power the markets of the future.

The Impact: The Data Researcher role will improve the quality of data displayed on the S&P Capital IQ platform for its subscribers. Our efforts in creating these relationships yield the collection of unique data which allows S&P Global Market Intelligence to be positioned to have a competitive advantage.

Responsibilities:

You will procure comprehensive information on the data tracked by the respective department.
Coordinates with content teams for entry of data and follow-up questions.
Build and maintain relationships with external contacts as a means to actively track information on the covered content sets.
Keeps up-to-date in knowledge of content sets.
Builds industry knowledge where applicable.
Improves measures for gathering data and identifies new collection methods related to the covered content sets.
Reviews feedback involving their content to help correct errors and establish or refine procedures and processes to improve accuracy.
Assists in resolving client questions as it relates to verifying information via company contacts, and assists in audits on department datasets in order to reduce errors.

What We’re Looking For:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
Must have Exceptional Communication Skills, both written and oral.
Strong analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to meet timeliness deadlines without compromising on the quality.
Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule.
