The Role: Product Analyst, Visualizations (Tableau)

Grade (relevant for internal applicants only): 10

The Location: Islamabad, PK

The Team: The Data Management Solutions Product Management team focuses on defining, managing, and supporting data, analytics, workflow solutions and visualizations for traditional and alternative data delivered through our API and Bulk Data Delivery. This team collaborates cross-segments through product innovation to enhance and simplify the user experience using cutting-edge technologies and BI tools.

The Impact: Reporting to the Marketplace Workbench Lead, you will play a key role in the buildout of S&P Global Marketplace, a new digital storefront for all S&P Global Market Intelligence DMS products, as well as Workbench, a Databricks powered platform for data analysis, machine learning and workflow creation. You will work alongside S&P Global Technology, Commercial, Content and Operation teams to define executable business requirements that are aligned with clients’ needs as well as the broader S&P Global strategy and goals.

Responsibilities:

Developing visualizations and other content for Marketplace
Client interactions and commercial engagement for Marketplace & BI integration
Internal trainings and meetings to champion Marketplace & BI workflow
Assisting other members of Marketplace team as necessary
Workbench notebook content creation and maintenance

What We’re Looking For:

Experience or high level knowledge of Tableau or other BI/Visualization tools
Strong experience with SQL
Experience with Python a plus
History of working well in a group setting and proven ability to deliver results.
Basic knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies
Dataset knowledge and general knowledge of internal platforms preferred
Strong organizational skills
Detail oriented and problem solver
