The Role: Sr Manager: Data Business Operations

The Team: The Data Business Operations group within the Ops Enablement team in Data Shared Services provides the connective tissue to ensure all data initiatives, reporting and communications tie together throughout the data organization.

You will lead the value streams within the DBO function, drive the execution of the strategy and engage stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities:

This role will support the data IMO’s transition into the data business operations group, under Operations Enablement. You will be responsible for implementing the tactical solutions for the various streams under the DBO group including but not limited to Strat Ops & Business Management, Value Stream Management and Data Scorecard Management.

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, control, report on, and conclude multi-disciplinary projects. Provide regular status to management and stakeholders
• Identification and building a pipeline of projects to support Revenue and Cost Synergies
• Drive prioritization and sequencing of projects across Data Org based on the business line priorities, third party cost synergies, and overall cost synergies.   
• Collaborate with CARM for Identification, prioritization, execution, and tracking of third-party vendor synergy project, in collaboration with data, product, and across business lines where necessary
• Provide consistent communication to stakeholders keeping them informed on the health of portfolio and roadmaps.​
• Identify areas where the data organization shared capability unit can provide support
• Identify use cases to expand exiting capabilities/tools to monetize efficiency opportunities.
• Focus primarily on divisional and integration strategies but actively collaborate and support cross divisional and functional efforts where applicable

What we’re looking for:

• 4-5 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrable experience in facilitating, leading, influencing, and managing within large-scale, globally distributed organizations
• Leverage a strong project management background to ensure timely planning, communication and delivery
• Commitment to creating strong relationships and fostering an environment of teamwork to support the division’s goals
• Proficient with information management and visual communication tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
• Advanced communication skills, both oral and written, across a wide range of audiences
• At least 2 years project management experience on data-related projects is preferred
• Able to deliver on multiple projects simultaneously and to be results-oriented with a high level of attention to detail
