The Client Services Managers will connect the agency's creative efforts with advertisers’ needs, from leading a first meeting on a new account to researching media outlets for a campaign. You will maintain relationships and develop strategies for clients. The Client Services Manager is accountable for all aspects of the delivery of work to the client. You will also be a problem solver and analyze markets and help advertisers develop business goals for their goods and services. You should have a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing media and their finer points.

Responsibilities

● Being the first point of contact for clients of a day to day basis

● Working closely with in house project and creative staff

● Relaying client requirements to project teams in a clear manner

● Delivering projects to clients and taking feedback

● Updating status reports for clients

● Receiving creative changes from clients

● Maintaining and growing client relationships, and managing client expectations

● Maintaining timelines for delivering campaigns

● Research and keeping up to date with latest marketing trends

● Creating media plans

● Creating budgets for projects

● Conducting market research on competition to share with clients

Requirements

An ability to juggle multiple client needs while maneuvering sudden changes of direction in the marketplace. You should be cool headed, organized, with strong people, team working and multitasking skills. Diplomacy is key as the account manager must work through differences between creative staff and clients. Also important are curiosity and an interest in keep up with new technologies and trends and how they affect a client’s business. Finally, the ability to foster a healthy work-place culture is important, because agency employees work long hours and face tight deadlines.
