Call Center Agent

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Call Center Agent to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth. Call Center Agent with prior experience in a US-based Lead Generation campaign. An ideal candidate will be fluent in English with an American accent. Who can communicate fluently on calls in accordance with the given script.

Skills Required:

Must be able to speak English in an American accent.
Young, Energetic, Confident and Self-motivated.
Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
Manage outbound / inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner.
Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.
International call center experience would be more preferable!

Education:

Graduate / Masters

Job Location: Karachi

Experience Req: 1 - Year

Working Hours: 06:00 pm. to 03:00 am. (Night Shift).
