Job Description:

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.

They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Recruitment, Interviewing and Hiring for new positions.
  • Drafting and Making necessary changes in job descriptions as required.
  • Getting engaged in handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
  • Coordination with System/Network admin in arrangement and creation of system user profile, email account, firewall authentication and attendance recording device.
  • Updating company policy and employees’ handbook and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Answering telephonic calls and responds to queries.
  • Record keeping of resumes that are received for various job positions.
  • Daily/Monthly record keeping of employee’s attendance.
  • Assist in preparation of payroll and compensations.
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations regarding in-house training.
  • Arrange workshops and training programs for employees for personality and skill building.
  • Coordination with Admin personnel in arrangement of in-house events and/or activities for employees.
  • Coordination with upper management periodically for discussion of ideas, conflicts, and approvals.

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor's degree or equivalent·
  • 1+ years' experience in Human Resources· 
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies·
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
