As a Sales / Business Development Executive, you will interact with prospective customers across the U.S. via outbound phone calls to grow and maintain existing business, reactivate dormant accounts, and open new SMB or government accounts. Manage and grow your business acumen, and continue your success as you bring on additional business to meet your activity, revenue and margin targets

The Sales / Business Development Executive is primarily responsible for:

Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Firm understanding of the principles and best practices of inventory management
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Proactively developing clients by applying sales methodology, strategically planning and executing development strategies
Coordinating with multiple teams and driving to a solution
Customer standards management
Understand Order Processing with attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
Working in a team environmen

Responsibilities

Previous experience in a customer support role
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
