1.Communicate to relevant stakeholders and conduct gap analysis and assessment on new Shariah policies issued by regulatory bodies, Group/Bank policies and Acts/regulations.
2. Review standard operating procedures, product due diligence and scripting for Islamic banking business for all CFS business units.
3.and work in collaboration with the business unit in order to develop action plan for control processes in addressing the regulatory requirements upon gap analysis conducted.
4.Assist in developing, writing and implementing policies and procedures for Islamic banking business for CFS business units.
5.Assist in strategize, contribute and taking responsibility of work plans for areas of policies expertise.
7.Timely disseminate information related to Shariah requirements to business units.
8.To drive the risk and prevention culture towards CFS business unit.
9.Develop and maintain good relationship with all stakeholders.
10.Leading, managing and involve in projects and ad hoc assignment.
11.Provide advice, information and guidance to business unit on all policy and standard issues relating to Shariah compliance.
