Responsibilities:

Strong knowledge of Manufacturing business and accounting.
Install a new system of accounting software as it is currently all manual.
Produce full set of management accounts and monthly journals
Prepare monthly / quarterly / annually budgets and cash flows.
Prepare monthly finance management reports
Prepare administration of expense and claims.
Maintenance of computerized general ledger, cashbook, and cash flows.
Monthly bank reconciliation with general ledger and Bank.
Reconciliation of control accounts
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
Other duties as assigned.

Mandatory Skills:

Must have 3 years hands-on experience in Manufacturing or large scale business accounting.
Candidate must possess minimum Bachelors
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
Must have good time-management skills and ability to multitask and maintain focus and discipline
Knowledge MS Office using skills would be Prefer
Knowledge of any other accounting software would be a plus
Note: This job is in Sialkot but candidates are welcome to apply from any city but must relocate to Sialkot as it is a full-time job.
Salary paid according to experience and qualification.
People from other cities will be provided with relocation allowance for e.g rent.
