About the business and role:
Sports Blue is a newly established and a young Australian Brand dealing in variety of sports categories. We have an online ecommerce store as well as a physical shop presence and are looking for a marketing executive to promote our business.
The Objective of Marketing role would be to drive in new ecommerce sales and b2b sales for the business and promote the brand name in Market. The position will execute Marketing programs to generate offers, brand visibility and provide great customer service.
This is a senior management role and you will be needed to work in a team and lead it by getting everything managed under your supervision.
Job tasks and responsibilities:
· Design Marketing Strategy for business.
· Create Social Media Plan and Execute.
· Empower online sales with e-commerce store already running.
· Develop and create social media content
· Content Writing for Social Media Campaigns and email.
· Develop Marketing emails for B2B business.
· Work closely with designer to develop marketing banners and promotions.
· Cold calling businesses and look after new B2b sales.
· Managing and searching new leads to generate customer base.
· Account Management of clients.
Requirements:
· Must be fluent in spoken and written English as all the correspondence will be done in English.
· Must have a minimum of Bachelor of Business/Commerce in Marketing or management or MBA. (2 years bachelor will not be accepted).
· Experience not necessary but preferred. Must be switched on and able to work autonomously whilst being productive and honest.
· Candidate must be able to demonstrate his/her skills in the interview and have leadership skills to work and lead the team.

Job Benefits and Perks:
Base salary: 45,000rs – 50,000rs depending on candidate.
Commission: depending on b2b sales
Allowance: 10,000rs for food and rental for candidates applying from other cities.
