SSA Soft is seeking for software engineer (PHP) for full-time to join our Lahore, PK office:

Must have minimum of 5-10 years of Web development experience using PHP
Having frontend & back-end development skills for Web applications
Hands-on experience of integration with 3rd parties and surrounding systems
Seeking an individual who’s interested to work on challenging projects
The ideal candidate is a problem-solver, team-player, and eager to learn new skills
Quality code and speed to deliver a great finished product and meet deadlines is crucial
Must be able to follow directions with excellent attention to detail
Design, development & implementation of extensible and scalable solutions, optimizing for resource utilization, performance, and supportability
Help drive the definition of PHP and JavaScript frameworks to support new features and refactor legacy elements

Job Requirements

Strong experience as a PHP / Laravel developer
In-depth knowledge of object-oriented, PHP and Laravel and other PHP frameworks
Hands-on experience with SQL schema design, REST API design
Software testing (PHPUnit, PHPSpec, Behat)
MySQL profiling and query optimization
Creative and efficient problem solver
Working experience in HTML5, CSS, jQuery and JavaScript.
Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
Remain up to date by learning new technologies , concepts and best practices
Effective communication skills
Experience in integration of multiple data sources and databases (Oracle, SQL Server & MySQL)
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (e.g. SVN).
Having 4 years degree in Computer Science/IT from recognized university
