ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidates have working experience of a minimum 2-3 years on bidding portals like Up Work, Freelancer, Fiver, Guru, People Per Hour, and more. Create Business Proposals, quotations, and other relevant documents required by the client.
- The candidate must be proficient in English communication (both speaking and writing skills)
- Managing all queries of clients.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Experience in handling a number of calls from clients.
- Must have the ability to provide the right technical solutions to the client's requests via phone & email.
- Proficiency in problem resolution techniques with a strong voice and accent.
- Record-keeping, monitoring, tracking, and reporting.
- Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications.
- Offer alternative & smart solutions in order to meet accuracy & timeline.
- Take all necessary measures to ensure client satisfaction.
Working Days;
Monday to Friday
Working Hours;
8:00 pm to 6:00 am including dinner & rest time, dinner served by the company.
