We are looking for professional Sales Executive to join our team.

Sales Executive responsibilities include marketing our real estate project and providing guidance to our customers to the purchase/selling process.

Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and assist sellers/buyers in marketing property for our projects
Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities in order to propose solutions that suit them
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters to their benefit and ensure a fair and honest dealing
Display and market real property to possible buyers Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
Maintain and update listings of available projects and guide customer accordingly
Develop networks within real estate agents and clients
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
Ensure to achive the sales target to maximize the sale
