Take samples of injectable preparations from production department after aseptic filling or terminal sterlization injectable preparation to perform the bacterial endotoxin and sterility test according to SOPs/ SAP.
Take sample of water for injection and perform bacterial endotoxin test
Perform microbial analysis of water collected from different points of water treatment system
Monitoring of control area regularly as schedule, or as per requirement by the production.
Perform the bioassay of antibiotics.
Reculture the bacterial and fungal cultures after every 15 days and maintain the record accordingly.
To complete the document related to micro biological operation
Review existing SOPs and prepare new SOPs related to micro biological section.
Ensure proper disposal of used medias and record it properly.
Perform duties for effective implementation of quality policy.
perform any other duties regarding microbiology section assigned by QCM
