Project Manager / Odoo ERP Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager proficient in Odoo ERP and Python programming, with a deep understanding of the Odoo platform.The ideal candidate will lead project teams, manage timelines, and ensure successful project delivery within budget and scope. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.
Utilize Odoo Python programming expertise to customize and configure Odoo ERP solutions based on client needs.
Conduct regular project meetings, provide status updates, and communicate project risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
Manage resources effectively, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and resolving conflicts.
Ensure quality assurance processes are followed and deliverables meet client expectations.
Provide technical guidance and support to project team members as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Odoo Python programming and project management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a software development or IT environment.
Strong proficiency in Odoo Python programming and customization.
In-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP, including modules, workflows, and configurations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Odoo certification, PMP) are advantageous.
