Creative Lead

StarPak is searching for an experienced and passionate Graphic Designer who can define requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of Brand’s website, product designs, product packaging, social media and other marketing/branding assets, exhibitions and more.

Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.

The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

-Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials

-Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity

-Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout

-Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system

-Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications
