Review and analyze system specifications.
Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
Report bugs and errors to development teams.
Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
Manual and Automation of API test suites using existing and new frameworks
Assist Technical Support to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis
Analyze results and deliver test summaries and recommendations to the product team
Work with Development to perform code reviews and assist with debugging and profiling
Initiate and participate in efforts to improve group productivity and test effectiveness
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
Clear communicator (written and verbal) – to ensure the ability to write test plans and to communicate bugs to developers and other stakeholders
Be comfortable and adaptive working in a timeline-heavy environment
Professional demeanor with the ability to multi-task
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Assist in building a culture of learning and continuous improvement for the team
Self-motivated and work with minimal supervision
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. Zephyr) and SQL
Must have knowledge of AI App Testing.
