We are looking for a passionate Business Development Associate to join our growing team! The ideal candidate for this position shall have experience in all stages of the business development cycle. The individual shall be an expert in generating qualified leads through digital channels (primarily LinkedIn + Upwork/Fiverr).
Professional Experience Requirements
Proven track record of 2-3 years with listing successful gigs on Fiverr.
Proven track record of 2-3 years with winning bids and generating sales on UpWork.
Proven track record of 2-3 years with generating qualified leads via LinkedIn and closing them.
Technical Experience Requirements
2-3 years of experience using PipeDrive / Salesforce or other CRM softwares.
Experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Educational Qualification Requirements
Bachelors in IT from an accredited local / international university.

Exceptional English speaking and writing skills.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.

Key Areas of Responsibility
Building a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities by penetrating new accounts through high activity InMailing on LinkedIn to decision makers/influencers in enterprises.
Managing all prospective clients and opportunities in CRM, ensuring all communications are accurately logged and necessary documents are attached.
Creating gigs for Fiverr.
Bidding for the right projects on UpWork.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with prospective clients.
Closing sales on digital platforms.
Meeting sales targets given by the company.
Tracking metrics regarding sales and managing the sales pipeline.
Developing a growth strategy that focuses on business development, client acquisition and client satisfaction.
Researching and identifying new business opportunities and new target markets.
Promoting the company’s services that address or anticipate client objectives.
Making and sharing business proposals with clients.
Upselling to existing clients and providing impeccable after-sales support service.
Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients
