STL Design Lab is looking to employ an Assistant Manager HR.



  • Creating job postings and putting them up online

  • Attending job fairs and other events and searching for talent

  • Communicating by phone, email, and in-person with job candidates to figure out things like availability and hiring timelines

  • Interviewing potential job candidates

  • Reaching out to a number of applicants large enough to guarantee a more than satisfactory hire after interviewing

  • Recruiting candidates that mesh with the existing company culture

  • Recruiting candidates within a preset timeframe for continued business productivity

  • Checking new employee files and getting them complete as per SOP.

  • Checking/monitoring daily attendance.

  • Handling / operating Timetrax attendance portal.

  • Updating weekly rosters in the Timetrax portal.

  • Taking fortnightly advance / monthly attendance verification and compiling the final sheet.

  • Scanning of documents.Maintaining and handling of old records.

  • Maintaining employee database master-sheet in excel.

  • Maintaining database of Customer account opening form.

  • Updating payroll systems, including employment hires and terminations.

  • Gather payroll data like working days and holidays/leaves/Bank Details etc.

  • Any other Tasks assigned by Management
