- Act as a liaison between StoneFly’s Techncial Support team and its customers
- Communicate frequently with customers to answer questions, help them set up appointments, and learn more about their systems
- Call and speak with customers over the phone to gather information from customers regarding issues they face or questions they have
- Break down issues customers may be solving into milestones for resolution
- Track customer onboarding progress and flag any delays or issues to supervisor
- Communicate with customer across a variety of platforms
- Maintain the technical support calendar and meeting schedule
- Establish strong and meaningful relationship with customers
- Record interactions with customers and report them to supervisor
- Provide feedback to supervisor regarding customer service processes and suggestions for how they may be improved
