Job Description:

We need finance manager to oversee the financial operations of the organization and ensure timely and accurate financial reports and practices including.

Payroll management
Expense Sheet preparation
Payments/ purchasing
Balance Sheet
File monthly Income/ Sales Tax Returns
Prepare trial balance sheet/ Statement of Income and Expenditure
Filing Tax returns of company and Directors
Maintaining Documentation/ approvals
Generate Invoices
keeping track of cash flow
Petty cash
perform Internal and external Audit
Updated Bank book with detail of cheque issued during the month
Update Ledgers with Trail balances and purpose of transections
Prepare salary slips to all employees on monthly bases
Keep track of all medical insurance claims
Attendance working hours assessment
Reconcile bank statements
Online inventory management using QuickBooks
Should have excellent communication skills
