Job Title: Solution Engineer
Reports To: Managing Director / CEO
Department: Sales & Engineering
Summary: This Solution Engineer will be focused on showing the value of your product to the customers. They have the time to become a trusted advisor to each of your prospects and fully own the technical part of the pre-sales journey. Not only pre-sales but the person should be comfortable assisting with Sales meeting, presenting at webinars, and should be in product meetings as the voice of the customer.

Education: Bachelor's in the relevant field of IT with prior customer services / Pre-sales / Business Development experience
Experience: At least 2- 5 years of prior customer services / Pre-sales / Business Development experience
Skill: Engineers must have a mixture of technical skills, business acumen, sales acumen, presentation skills, and situational awareness. Experience selling into the IT industry preferably worked in US market. Love solving problems using technology creatively and perhaps unconventionally.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
