Looking for a retired Army Officer (Maj/Lt.Col) to serve as GM Operations at a security company named SGSS. The officer will be responsible to look after overall operations of the company and will have JCOs/NCOs and other executives reporting to him. The officer will be responsible for smooth ops and for liason with Govt agencies if and when required. The officer shall also be responsible to maintain a healthy working relationship with clients and to stay in touch with company's supervisors deployed at client's end. The office shall be expected to enhance the relationship with existing clients resulting in increase in business. This is not going to be a typical desk job but would require an enthusiastic professional who acts as a go-getter and who sets his own targets and gets maximum output from his team to achieve those targets. The officer shall be expected to present a monthly opearations report to the Directors.
